SolarEdge has launched a new higher-capacity commercial storage system, the CSS-OD 197 kWh solution, in Europe and Asia. This system offers up to 197 kWh capacity scalable to 1 MW and 4 MWh per site, designed for C&I solar installations to maximize self-consumption and optimize energy usage. Its introduction expands SolarEdge’s storage portfolio, building on the success of its 102.4 kWh system and addressing the growing demand for commercial photovoltaic self-consumption as markets move away from net metering.
