This is the most favorite thing for crypto community members to do, whether they are KOLs or practitioners.

But I think the core is not to solve the problem, but to break the ice initially; intermediaries introduce, direct pushing may not be convenient, so chat in groups.
If the chat goes well and the initial ice-breaking is successful, then further trust can be built to solve the problem.
However, many members treat it as a formality, doing everything first, even without understanding the key issues or key needs, blindly.
This leads to crypto community members having hundreds of groups, but the number of problems truly solved is few, and many groups ultimately become dusty corners.
Discovering problems, finding key people, promoting relationships, and solving issues is an efficient process in itself, but many people waste too much time due to blindness!
My personal humble opinion: first determine whether it is necessary, which is to lay the groundwork for solving the problem, not for formalities or proceduralization!
