Every time the market goes crazy, I get itchy and want to jump in and chase it.

But mostly, it's my emotions pushing me to add more positions, not information.
Honestly, if information were truly useful, I should be able to explain it in two sentences: what I see and how it will affect this stock I hold;
If I can't explain it clearly, then don't pretend to understand.
Stop for five minutes and write down the actions I need to take, or else it'll just become "buy first, ask questions later."
Recently, everyone’s complaining that miners/validators are making too much money and that MEV is causing unfair ordering.
I'm also annoyed, but it reminds me: don’t use “the market is unfair” as an excuse for my impulsiveness…
Anyway, I’d rather earn a little less now than get killed by my own FOMO.
