Unrealized losses really are more tormenting than unrealized gains. Clearly, the loss is just a number on the books, but my mind keeps automatically filling in "Should I cut?" "Will it get worse?" Conversely, unrealized gains are more relaxed; when it rises, I worry about a pullback, and I start thinking about selling in less than ten minutes. Honestly, I’m more afraid of liquidity.

Recently, the group has been repeatedly sharing charts about stablecoin regulation, reserve audits, and such, along with rumors that "someone is de-pegging." Just glancing at them makes me annoyed: the more emotional bombardment there is, the easier it is to make stupid decisions in unrealized losses. Anyway, I trust data a bit more—at least I can see the chip holdings and unlock schedules. Intuition… when I get nervous, it loves to deceive me. Let’s leave it at that for now; sleeping quickly will make me feel more at ease.
