Just caught that Plug Power officially switched CEOs last month - Jose Luis Crespo took over from Andy Marsh on March 2nd. Crespo's been with them for over a decade, so it's an internal move which is probably a good sign for continuity. Marsh is now chairing the board instead.

What's interesting is the timeline they laid out: they're targeting positive EBITDAS by end of this year (2026), then operating income by 2027, and full profitability by 2028. That's pretty ambitious for a hydrogen fuel cell company, especially with the market the way it is. Crespo coming up through sales and revenue roles before this - wonder if that background will push them harder on the commercial side.

Could be worth keeping an eye on how they execute these targets under new leadership. The hydrogen space is heating up, so timing matters here.
