Just saw Gatorade dropped a new lower sugar option and honestly kind of here for it. 75% less sugar than their regular stuff but supposedly still has all the electrolytes that actually make hydration work better than just chugging water. No artificial flavors or weird sweeteners either, which is refreshing to see from a big brand.
They're calling it Gatorade Lower Sugar and it's got four flavors - Fruit Punch, Lemonade, Glacier Cherry, and Rain Berry making a comeback. The whole thing is aimed at people dealing with dehydration issues but don't want to chug sugar water. Comes in different sizes, prices around $1.89 to $3.39 depending on what you grab.
Not gonna lie, the hydration science behind it seems legit if you're actually active or just trying to stay hydrated without the sugar crash. Already hitting stores nationwide so you can probably find it at most places. Curious if anyone's tried it yet - does it actually taste decent or is it one of those 'healthy' products that tastes like cardboard?
