Just caught that Lamb Weston brought in Jan Craps as their new Executive Chair back in February. The guy spent over two decades at AB InBev, so clearly knows how to navigate massive international operations. Now they've also got James Gray stepping in as CFO starting this spring, replacing Bernadette Madarieta who's staying on to help with the transition.

Gray's background is pretty solid too—spent the last 12 years as CFO at Ingredion, and before that had a whole decade in finance roles at PepsiCo. Started his career at Bain, so he's got that classic consulting foundation. Interesting move bringing in someone with that deep ingredients and consumer goods experience. Feels like there's a deliberate symbolism in these appointments, you know? Two leaders from the food and beverage world coming in to reshape things. Wonder what changes this signals for the company's strategy going forward.
