Just noticed something interesting on Quiver Quantitative - Senator John Kennedy took a pretty significant hit last month, losing around $786.5K in the stock market. His net worth tracking shows he's sitting at roughly $15.8M as of mid-April, which puts him at 61st wealthiest in Congress. Not bad, but definitely a rough month for his portfolio. The guy has about $5.6M tied up in publicly traded assets that are being tracked live, so you can actually monitor his moves if you're into that sort of thing. What caught my eye was his trading history - he's got data on roughly $30K worth of trades that were disclosed. Back in October 2018, he picked up around $15K of MTUM stock, and that's up nearly 70% since then, so at least something in his portfolio is working out. Seems like he's also been pretty active on the legislative side lately, pushing bills on everything from IMF allocations to banking transparency. Interesting to see how politicians' personal investments sometimes align with the bills they're proposing.
