Just realized a lot of people don't know what you can actually buy with your HSA. Like, most of us think it's only for prescriptions, but there's way more stuff covered. Been digging through what's allowed and honestly it's pretty useful for summer trips.

Sunscreen obviously, but also motion sickness meds if you're doing road trips or water activities. Stomach remedies like Tums or Pepto-Bismol if you end up eating sketchy food while traveling. Even lip balm with SPF counts if it's tinted. And electrolyte drinks like Pedialyte are covered too if you're trying to stay hydrated during outdoor stuff.

First aid kits, pain relievers, allergy meds — all of it. Basically anything you'd grab at Walmart or CVS for summer prep, you can probably pay for it with HSA funds. The prices are pretty reasonable too, like $10-15 for a decent first aid kit. Kinda wild that more people don't maximize this benefit. Anyone else use their HSA for this stuff or just me?
