Just saw Life360 announced expanding partnership with Uber, letting users link accounts so parents can track rides in real time. Pretty interesting move for their safety platform. But also noticed a board director just dumped nearly 8k shares worth around 389K back on Feb 13—been doing this systematically every month since July. Stock's down 27% this year already though, so not sure if that's confidence or just scheduled selling. The Nativo acquisition and Uber integration could be solid long-term plays if they nail the ad revenue strategy, but the insider action is making me second-guess. Anyone else watching this one?
