These days, I kept getting spammed in the group chat until my head hurt, and the KOLs were there going on about "logical consistency," basically overload of information that makes people itchy to act. I almost added to my position, but luckily I’m used to highlighting the days of "staking unlock/token unlock calendar," and seeing that anxiety about sell pressure repeatedly brought up, I became more calm: if I can't even clarify who is taking over positions or how I plan to withdraw, then I shouldn't buy.

What I fear most is that I really thought "everyone is talking about it, so I have to do something," but looking back, the only ones impulsively buying are myself... Group messages and KOLs are at most sources of noise, not my risk control. For now, I’ll just note this: when I see intense calls for action, I’ll turn off notifications, sleep on it, and decide later.
