Just came across something interesting about Nancy Pelosi's investment moves. Apparently she pulled in around $6M from stock trading last month alone, which honestly is wild. Her total net worth is sitting at roughly $260M according to tracking data, making her one of the wealthiest people in Congress.

What caught my eye was her trading activity. She's been moving money around pretty strategically - sold a chunk of Apple back in late 2024 (down 19% since then, ouch), but her older positions in Amazon and Microsoft have done incredibly well, up over 100% each. She also grabbed some Palo Alto Networks recently. It's the kind of diversified portfolio strategy you'd see in an index fund approach, mixing mega-cap tech with some cybersecurity exposure.

Her latest fundraising numbers show she brought in about $850K in Q1, mostly from individual donors. Cash on hand is around $1.8M. Nothing crazy compared to other politicians, but solid for maintaining her campaign presence.

The whole thing is tracked publicly through STOCK Act filings, so it's all transparent. Makes you wonder how many other politicians are quietly building wealth like this through the market while Nancy Pelosi keeps her diversified positions steady.
