Recently, parallel processing and sharding have been a hot topic again, but the more I read about it, the more I think, "Hmm... and then?" Honestly, no matter how fast the chain is, if assets are unsafe and withdrawal paths are unclear, it all ends up in chaos. Especially now with more AI Agents and automated trading, on-chain interactions are like driving an automatic car—convenient, yes, but once you authorize the wrong contract or sign strange messages, it's hard to fully revoke those permissions later.
I'm still old-fashioned: I start by reading the whitepaper and audits, take notes on permissions/upgrades/escrow structures, and then think about "how to get my money back in the worst case." Anyone can tell a story, but very few are willing to dig into security details. Anyway, I'd rather miss out on a pump than overlook security. As for whether these Agents are really saving you trouble or just saving others' trouble... what do you all think?
