Recently, there has been a flood of "social mining/points/badges" again, basically using your time as fuel. I used to also like, share, and check in for more points, but as a result, I spent all day staring at the task list, and my wallet didn't grow much, but my anxiety increased quite a bit... Anyway, now I set a rule for myself: having an identity can prove who you are, but don't prove it to the point of emptying your life.

In the group, they've been discussing stablecoin regulation, reserve audits, and rumors about "de-pegging" these days; the more they talk, the more it feels like a relay race. I no longer trust information sources that are just "screenshots + a sentence," I prefer to stay calm, and instead look at official announcements or audit reports directly, or simply avoid pools that are not transparent.

By the way, a reminder to myself: clicking around on the points page is the easiest way to slip into phishing links. Now I use a hardware wallet whenever I can, close the signature pop-up if I don’t understand it, and it’s okay if I have one less badge. That’s all for now.
