Russian Foreign Minister: Hope to implement the Russia-U.S.-Alaska consensus and willing to restart negotiations
Russian Foreign Minister Lavrov stated on April 30th that Russia still intends to restart negotiations on the Ukraine issue based on the current Russian-American consensus.
