His wife, who retired at age 50, receives only 3,000 yuan per month in pension.
In 2015, Lang Yongchun resigned from CCTV and entered the private sector, giving up the retirement protections within the system.
According to him, the retirement coefficient within the CCTV system can reach 1.0-1.6, while the gap with enterprise retirement benefits is significant.
