CertiK Flags AML Rules as Crypto's Top Regulatory Risk

CertiK said anti-money laundering rules are now the biggest regulatory risk for the cryptocurrency industry. CertiK said U.S. Department of Justice and FinCEN AML-related fines exceeded $1 billion in the first half of last year, while U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission crypto-related penalties fell 97% year over year.
