Sharif Says Iran Will Respond on Iran-US Talks After Leadership Consultations

Pakistani Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif said Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi told him Iran would respond on the prospects of Iran-US talks after consultations within its leadership. Sharif said Araghchi led a delegation to Pakistan last week and held multiple rounds of talks with the Pakistani side. Sharif also said the ceasefire between Iran and the US, reached through Pakistan’s efforts, remains in effect.
