IRGC Navy Deputy Says Iran Controls Strait of Hormuz, Demands Fees

An IRGC Navy deputy commander said Iran has achieved absolute control over the Strait of Hormuz and requires passing vessels to pay transit fees. He said foreign ships must follow Iran’s rules, including using Persian for communications. He also said the Iranian military is on high alert.
