Lately, I’ve been seeing the secondary market pushing royalty rates lower and lower. Creators are on one side yelling, “No royalties means no ecosystem,” while traders on the other side feel, “I already paid minting fees—why am I getting skimmed again?” In plain terms, both sides aren’t wrong. They’re just stuffing “sustained incentives” into “free circulation,” and it’ll twist things up sooner or later. Royalties feel more like a consensus tax: when market sentiment is good, it gets paid; when sentiment is bad, it automatically skips the ticket… Honestly, that’s pretty realistic.

Also, when you look at the whole narrative around modularization and the DA layer, developers are genuinely excited, but users are basically totally clueless. When you talk to them about data availability, they only care whether the artwork I bought can be resold. Anyway, right now I care more about “who can split the money clearly,” not about whose PPT is more high-end. That’s it for now.
