Stop-loss really is a bit like a breakup, dragging it out without clarifying, watching the market every day and waiting for "it to change," in the end, it’s not that it came back, but that you got worn down even more. Admitting defeat early is actually simpler, at least you don’t have to pay emotional interest anymore, and you can sleep more peacefully.

Recently, watching new L1/L2 projects releasing incentives to boost TVL, old users complain about "mining, selling," I can also understand. Basically, everyone is calculating probabilities: the chance it can rebound if kept, versus the chance of burning out time and attention by continuing. Looking back now, the biggest loss is often not the moment you cut it off, but a series of wrong moves you stubbornly endure. Anyway, before fighting again next time, ask yourself: am I trading, or seeking reconciliation?
