Today, on my way to work, I saw someone complain again about cross-chain bridges "why are they still waiting for confirmation," and I actually feel that a slower process is more reassuring... Multi-signature, to put it simply, is just a few people jointly holding the keys. Whether the number of people is enough or whether they are the same group is actually more important than what the interface says about "decentralization"; the same goes for oracles. If the price feeds or status feeds and rules are not transparent, no matter how fast, it still feels unsettling. Recently, with chain games experiencing inflation + studios rapidly minting, turning the coin prices into a spiral, I’ve come to understand even more that "confirmation" is not a ritual, but your last chance to press pause. Anyway, I only cross liquidity that I understand myself; I’d rather do less, and if I make a profit, I’ll go have a coffee.
