I realize that what I fear most is not earning less, but the feeling of floating losses that stay unresolved. Clearly I haven't sold, but my mind automatically treats it as "already lost," and I can't help but check the market again and again at night... Floating gains actually make me quite calm; a small increase makes me think "it might just go back anyway." Basically, it's too real that I dislike losses.

These days I also see incidents like cross-chain bridge thefts and oracle errors, everyone in the group is shouting "wait for confirmation," and I feel the same. I prefer to be slower, spend a bit more on fees, at least I feel more at ease. My current approach is to keep smaller positions, avoid using bridges when possible, and if I need to move, choose cheap but reputable routes... Saving each piece is happiness, and every wake-up from a scare is also happiness.
