Labor Department Launches AI Apprenticeship Portal Amid White House AI Policy Push
The U.S. Department of Labor launched the AI in Registered Apprenticeship Innovation Portal on Wednesday to help workers and employers build AI skills and expand apprenticeship programs. The portal organizes resources around AI literacy, industry-specific training, and ways to add AI skills to existing or new programs, and the launch follows the department’s AI Literacy Framework released in February.
