So Unisys had a CEO shuffle a while back - Peter Altabef stepped down and Mike Thomson took over as the new CEO. Altabef's still hanging around as board chair though, which is pretty standard for these transitions. Thomson's been with the company since 2015, worked his way up from CFO to COO, so not exactly a random pick. Dude's got like 25+ years in the industry. What's interesting is they kept the full-year guidance intact, so the market didn't seem too worried about the change. Stock actually jumped 5% on the news back then. Peter Altabef had been running things since 2015, so it was a solid decade-long tenure. These kinds of planned leadership changes usually mean the company's got a decent succession plan in place. You hate to see surprise CEO exits, but this felt pretty orderly.
