Stop-loss really feels like a breakup... dragging it out without clarifying, every day I'm paying "emotional interest," and I still have to find reasons to comfort myself. Recently, the funding rates on spot/derivatives have been extremely volatile again, and the group is arguing: is it a reversal or just more bubble squeezing? Honestly, I don't know either, but every time in the past, it proved that the more the rates fluctuate, the more likely I am to shake and add to my position, resulting in slower and longer losses. Now I will first cut my positions to a level where I can sleep peacefully, then check on-chain: whether a platform's TVL is genuinely coming in or just moving back and forth, whether the cash flow is keeping up... Anyway, survive first, don’t waste energy fighting yourself.
