CoinWorld News, Hanwha Financial Group, POSCO International, and Dunamu signed a tripartite agreement in Seoul on Tuesday to deploy a blockchain-based remittance system, officially transitioning from the testing phase to actual deployment. According to the agreement, POSCO International will use the new system to handle actual cross-border fund flows, with the goal of completing a real-time blockchain remittance operational model within the year. The system aims to process remittances in real-time by merging payment instructions and fund transfers into a single process. Dunamu will provide blockchain infrastructure and maintain transaction records through its proprietary Giwa Chain.
