Recently, I've seen a bunch of testnet incentives and reward tables flying everywhere, and everyone in the group is guessing whether the mainnet will issue tokens... I'm also itching to act, but now I've learned to be more cautious and wait for confirmation. To put it simply, as a newbie, I focus on three things when judging "credibility": GitHub shouldn't just have stars, you need to see if someone is actually making commits recently and if issues are being responded to; audit reports shouldn't just show a logo, at least flip through two pages to see the scope and whether issues have been fixed; check if permission upgrades involve multi-signature, who can make changes, how many signatures are needed, and whether rules can be changed with one click. Anyway, I now prefer to wait for a pullback, wait until they clarify multi-signature and time lock details, and wait until I’ve thought things through before rushing in. Otherwise, if I get excited and leverage, the gains are really tempting, but the risks are just as hot.
