Recently I realized I am truly a "loss aversion" person: the small profit from airdrops, at most ten minutes of happiness; once I have unrealized losses in my holdings, even if it's just a slight red on the account, my mind automatically starts replaying, lying in bed still thinking "Should I sell to cut losses first"… Basically, gains feel like freebies, losses feel like money being pulled out of my pocket, and sleep is naturally affected.

What’s more annoying is that lately some places are talking about tax increases, compliance tightening/loosening, and the expected flow of deposits and withdrawals. I even feel uncertain when making spreadsheets: it’s not about the market trend, but about the process changing, limits being imposed, or costs suddenly increasing. My partner also complains: "You’re just clicking around every day, how is that more stressful than working?" Fine… I can only force myself to stick to the plan now, keep my position smaller, remember the gas fees clearly, and not let "unrealized losses" drag me down.
