Actually, everyone understands that when your hand gets itchy to chase the rally, it's mostly not because you've suddenly gained some exclusive information, but because emotions push you to the button of "If I don't buy now, I'll miss out."

Recently, I also got a bit tempted by the testnet incentives and the points expectations, especially as the group started guessing whether the mainnet will issue tokens. The more I look at it, the more I feel like I'm chasing a lottery ticket.
So now I will pause for 10 seconds and ask myself: Can I turn this "information" into a flowchart? Where does it come from, how to verify it, and if I'm wrong, how do I back out?
If I can't draw it out, it's basically emotions pushing the position, so I only allow myself to try with a very small amount, or simply go through the steps of transferring/authorizing first, to get my hands busy but not let my position get messy...
Anyway, if I can hold my breath and not rush, the experience becomes much smoother.
