Today I almost got itchy again and wanted to chase a position, moving my mouse to the add position button, then suddenly stopped and asked myself: Did I see new information, or am I just being driven by candlestick patterns and group sentiment? Honestly, if there was truly new information, I should be able to recite it: who is buying, why, and where are the risks; if I can't recite it, it's probably just "fear of missing out."

Anyway, my current rule is: if I impulsively want to add to my position, cut it in half first; if after 15 minutes I still want to add, then consider... Let's see.
