I found that I can't hold onto spot positions, and I keep thinking about adding leverage in contracts. To be honest, it's just that my positions lack a "patch."

Later, I gave myself a small patch: every time I place an order, I ask myself, "Will I still be able to sleep tonight if I lose this trade?"
If I can't sleep, it means it's too heavy, so I cut it in half immediately—don't be stubborn.
Treat spot as a slow accumulation, don't check it ten times a day;
Use contracts as a small tool at most, admit when you lose, don't think about turning a profit.
Recently, I’ve seen on-chain data tools and address labeling sets being criticized for lagging behind and possibly misleading,
so I’m even less willing to treat "seemingly smart" signals as a talisman...
Anyway, I just want to fix this little flaw of mine first, and not let emotions open my positions.
