The airdrop season is hot again, and task platforms are running anti-Sybil/anti-bot measures, making everyone feel like they’re “clocking in” at work as they scramble to complete tasks—conveniently stringing together all kinds of wallets, social accounts, and on-chain records into a single “life profile.” In plain terms, when it comes to privacy, you shouldn’t expect too much from the chain.

My own expectation right now is: don’t try to make daily transfers anonymous—you can only “minimize exposure,” for example by not using a single address for everything and not granting every permission. And don’t bet your luck on the compliance boundaries either—if you really end up needing to explain the source of your funds, your little tricks on-chain basically won’t be enough.

So how should ordinary users choose what to do?
I don’t know either; for now, just treat “being visible” as the default, and then decide whether to participate.
