Canaan Wins New Tether Order for Immersion-Cooled Bitcoin Mining Hardware
Canaan secured an additional order from Tether for high-density hash board modules for immersion-cooled Bitcoin mining systems at a Tether-linked facility in South America. The deal extends a 2025 research and development effort with ACME Swisstech that produced a proof-of-concept mining platform. Tether is also building its own control boards and management software as it expands its mining infrastructure push.
