Mr. Market is emotional.

The businesses are not.
Apple yesterday is the same Apple today.
Microsoft yesterday is the same Microsoft today.
Meta yesterday is the same Meta today.
The only thing that changed is how the market feels about them.
One day Mr. Market says: valuations are too hot, panic, sell.
Next day he says: oil is going to $300, dump everything.
Week later he says: actually the deal is happening, buy buy buy.
The businesses did absolutely nothing different.
Your job as an investor.
Be on the other side of his emotions.
When he panics. You buy.
When he gets euphoric. You trim.
Mr. Market is a tool you use.
Not a force that controls you.
