Just saw TeraWulf wrapped up a pretty massive $1B+ capital raise through a public stock offering. They floated 54.5M shares at $19 each, so yeah, over a billion bucks for the Bitcoin mining operation. Morgan Stanley led the whole thing with a bunch of other big banks handling it.

Not sure if this is bullish for mining stocks or just the usual capital shuffle, but raising that much through an equity offering suggests they're serious about scaling up operations. Interesting timing too. Anyone else watching the mining sector right now?
