Today I forced myself to "pause" for a moment, not to want to increase my position every time I see LST/re-staking. The returns are honestly just two things: the basic interest from staking plus the extra incentives thrown in by the protocol, but the latter often feels more like emotional subsidies—more generous when it's lively, gone when it's cooled down. The risks are pretty straightforward: first, the on-chain layer—contracts malfunction, get hacked, or lose their peg; second, human nature—holding circulating tokens makes it easy to repeatedly leverage, turning the plan into "wait a bit longer." Thinking about the inflation + studio + coin price spiral in chain games, when rewards stop, the cycle breaks... So I’m taking a break first, observing the structure, and not rushing to chase yields.
