These days, I’ve noticed that the rhythm of trending searches and candlestick charts is really the same: when ETF capital flows change, add a bit of "U.S. stock risk appetite" interpretation, and crypto gets talked about as if it’s following a remote control. The harshest thing about the attention economy isn’t making you lose once, but making you keep chasing, keep explaining, and then keep getting cut.

So I recently set a word for myself: stop. Stop: When the hot topics just switch, I don’t add positions; I’d rather miss out than be the bag holder. Stop and observe: First, see what you’re really betting on—logic or emotion. Stop scrolling: When your heartbeat speeds up, turn it off; otherwise, your hand will move faster than your brain. Honestly, staying alive is more important than feeling involved.
