A while ago, I was really into social mining, checking in daily, sharing, and trying to boost my presence, feeling like I’d miss out without a badge.
Later, I did the math: the time slippage was way worse than the on-chain slippage, attention was drained, but my wallet didn’t grow much.
Now when I see fan tokens, point-based identities, and the like, I first ask myself: am I making friends, or am I working for the algorithm?
Honestly, if it’s easy to do, I do it; if not, I let it go. Don’t drain your life just for an “identity.”
