Wu Shuo learned that the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF) issued a statement regarding the requirement for digital investment platforms to provide high-quality information.

In its SPOT inspections of four institutions from January 2023 to May 2025, AMF pointed out issues such as incomplete information disclosure, unstable customer questionnaires, vague risk warnings, and internal controls not fully adapted to digitalization.
AMF encourages institutions to enhance information readability, improve customer questionnaires, and strengthen risk control systems.
