CryptoWorld News reports that Wu has learned that the BNB Chain team has posted an official announcement stating that the Osaka/Mendel hard fork upgrade is now officially live on the BNB Smart Chain mainnet. The official statement says that, as activity on the BSC chain continues to grow, the focus of this upgrade is to deliver better execution performance, more stable network performance, and faster transaction finality. It is understood that this hard fork includes 9 protocol improvements, aimed at strengthening the underlying infrastructure following the network speed enhancements made earlier.
