Billions, these “three plans” are laughable.

1. Full Refund
Is this even a “plan”?
A full refund should be the default, right?
If you’re not refunding, what do you want people to do?
2. Lock up for half a year
3. Lock up for a year
To put it bluntly,
the next two are not really plans at all—
they’re just designed to keep you spending time with the project.
After half a year or a year,
the “yellow flowers will have long gone” (it’ll be too late).
So many times, it’s not that everyone isn’t willing to commit long-term—
it’s that you first have to prove you deserve the word “long-term.”
Treat refunds as an option,
treat lock-ups as a benefit.
