What are humans most afraid of? It’s change. Because change means breaking inertia, facing the unknown and risks; but true transformation often stems from four types of motivation: first, awakening when at a dead end, forcing oneself to go all out; second, seeing a bigger world, breaking cognitive boundaries; third, improving understanding through reading, seeing the essence clearly; fourth, inner abundance, no longer fearing gains and losses. Ultimately, the most worthwhile thing in a person’s life is to strive to meet a stronger version of themselves.
