Lately, I've been a bit obsessed with DAO voting proposals. On the surface, they seem to be "for the community," but when I get to the reward details and voting weights at the end, I realize where the real control lies. Honestly, some incentives are just pushing you to vote for the "correct option"; not voting feels like you're losing out. And then there are those who temporarily change parameters and push execution rights into small circles—just a quick glance makes you feel something's off.

Now I vote just like setting a limit order, preferring to go slow: first look at who proposed it, where the money comes from, and who will gain power immediately after voting. Recently, Meme coins and celebrity endorsements have been making the rounds again. Newcomers are easily led by attention, and veteran players warning against jumping in last are not just pretending to be deep... Anyway, I don’t chase the hype. If I don’t understand a proposal, I just abstain—at least not to be used as "voting liquidity." We’ll talk again next time.
