I realize that I am really afraid of floating losses at that moment, even if it's just a small red on the account, I can toss and turn at night... Floating gains don't really feel anything, at most "Oh, it's green again, that's normal." Frankly, when I lose, my mind automatically treats it as "already lost," starting to review, blame myself, want to add more to the position but afraid of making it worse, the whole cycle is quite torturous.

Recently, watching the staking and shared security system's "compound yield" argument turn into a tangled mess, I just can't sleep even more: the yield looks tempting, but layer after layer, the risk isn't free either, and I don't know whose fault it really is if something goes wrong. Anyway, I’m just being honest now: I write my budget on paper, if I go over, I won't touch it, that's it for now.
