Just now I got a bit itchy and wanted to chase a move, my mind felt like someone was beating drums. Then I forced myself to stop for 30 seconds and asked myself: Is this position based on “what I know,” or “what I’m afraid of missing”? Honestly, people with real information wouldn’t be so anxious; more often, it’s emotions pushing me to turn up the risk knob.

Recently, some regions are raising taxes and tightening regulations, then loosening them again, and deposit and withdrawal expectations are also fluctuating, making the market more prone to sudden shocks. My current clumsy approach: if I want to add to my position, I first write down a two-line plan, only move a small portion of my position at most, and keep some cash flow as a cushion… not chasing the highest note, don’t be too harsh first.
