Last night before bed, I checked my wallet, and even though it was only a tiny unrealized loss, my heartbeat was faster than when I saw a floating profit... Basically, it's loss aversion, right? When I make a profit, I just think of it as luck; when I lose, I feel like I made a mistake, and my brain automatically starts replaying the situation until dawn. What's more annoying is that recently there are a bunch of AI Agents and automated trading tools, telling stories so vividly, but when it comes to details like authorization, signatures, and permission revocation, no one really pays attention. I now prefer to make fewer moves, rather than waking up in the middle of the night to find some mysterious interaction has taken my assets; at least with unrealized losses, I still have my funds, but losing coins really keeps me from sleeping.
