Many users are unable to subscribe to my X, the main reasons and solutions:


1. Subscribe using a browser (most effective)
Open your phone or computer browser, go to
Click the "Subscribe" button directly (do not click inside the App)
It is recommended to use Chrome / Safari incognito mode
2. Change VPN or network
If using Chinese network, switch to another node
Switch to Wi-Fi or 4G/5G network and try again
Clear browser cache (Settings → Privacy → Clear browsing data)
3. Try changing the payment method
Use Visa / Mastercard international credit card
Make sure the billing address on the card is filled out correctly
If it still doesn't work, try a different card, or wait 30 minutes to 2 hours before trying again
