I've been lurking in the group for a long time, but I can't help but say this: Testnet points are originally just for practice, but the more everyone plays, the more it seems like they're waiting for a payout. Once your mindset shifts, it's easy to get hooked. My own stop-loss is pretty simple—treat it as zero, set a limit on "how much time/gas/effort I'm willing to waste," and stop once it's exceeded. Don't force the task; no need to push it. Also, once I start thinking "If I don't do this now, I'll miss out," I know it's time to slow down. Anyway, I always finish up before bed.

Recently, when stacking and sharing security yields got criticized as "copy-pasting," I became even more cautious: the more expectations there are, the easier it is to mistake practice for investment. Honestly, until the points are actually received, they're just air—don't let air manipulate you. That's it for now; tomorrow I need to keep an eye on the intraday rhythm.
