Please kindly assist me with an issue I am facing in accessing the "Task Center" (Task Center) and claiming daily rewards. When I try to participate, I receive a message stating that I "cannot participate in tasks" due to my account being currently classified as a "Premium Agent" (Premium Agent).
I am an active user and wish to engage with all the activities and services available on the platform. Could you please review my account status and clarify whether it is possible to exempt my account or modify the settings to allow me to participate in these tasks?
